When to share what

Value compounds when agents stop being personal and start being shared. Use this table to pick the right way:

🧍 Personal agent	You’re experimenting, the workflow only serves you, or it works with personal data (your inbox, your notes).	Stays private in your personal space.
👥 Team agent	The whole team profits — everyone should see, run, and edit it.	Lives in a team space, on team credentials and team budget.
💬 Use only	Others should chat with this agent, but you stay the owner and keep editing it.	Invite people from Share — they can chat, not edit. See Use only.
📋 Template	Others should clone a proven workflow and adapt it to their context.	Open template — fully editable clones.
🔒 Locked template	Many people must run the identical process.	Locked template — owner updates reach every clone.
🧩 Skill	A standard or definition that 2+ agents should follow.	Skill — write it once; personal, team, or org-wide.
